NOMBRAMIENTO EN LA COLECCIÓN HERÁLDICA DE JASON BURGOIN / NOMINATION IN THE HERALDIC COLLECTION OF JASON BURGOIN

ESP: Este post lo escribo en dos idiomas para facilitar la lectura a personas extranjeras que se puedan ver interesadas. En esta susodicha ocasión tuve el honor de ser nombrado para formar parte de la colección de artistas heráldicos del Capitán Jason Burgoin, vicepresidente de la Royal Heraldry Society of Canada, quien con gran afán trabaja con muchos ilustradores coleccionando y encargando sus piezas entre las que se encuentran las de grandes nombres como Carlos Navarro o Marco Foppoli además de muchas más de diversos lugares del mundo. 

Hace unos días pude conocerle y hablarle sobre mi breve pero trabajada obra y generosamente me invitó a formar parte de su agrupación internacional de artistas o como el la llama Hall of Heraldic Artists en la cual, se pueden contemplar como ya dije las multiples obras de grandes maestros de este arte. Agradecido y honrado por el acto, paso a formar parte de esta colección, ya no cómo novato si no como dibujante junto con otros artistas y maestros de los que he aprendido y de los que aprenderé cara al futuro. 

Por otra parte el canadiense Jason Burgoin, se presenta como un filántropo, coleccionista y amante del arte, dedicado a su país como militar y como voluntario, a la cultura como académico y al arte del blasón como miembro activo de sociedades nobiliarias, artísticas e instituciones públicas de este ámbito, realizando conferencias internacionales que impulsarán el futuro de la heráldica, a sus artistas e investigadores.

ENG: I write this post in two languages in order to facilitate the lecture to strangers who could seem interested in this occasion. Recently I was nominated to belong to the artist collection of Captain Jason Burgoin, vice president of the Royal Heraldry Society of Canada and President of the Toronto Branch, who works with many artists around the world, collecting and comissioning their pieces. Among those grand artists, masters such as Carlos Navarro or Marco Fopoli sit there, all coming internationally and from most parts of the world. 

I had the pleasure of meeting him last day and saw the opportunity to show him my brief yet polished work which he seemed to like, for then, inviting me to were he calls The Hall of heraldic Artists in were as when I said before, we can contemplate hundreds of pieces made by great masters of this art. I am highly honored from this kind act and to belong there, no longer as a novel yet as a designer, sitting next to grand and notorious masters and illustrators of this craft from who I learned and I will learn in the future. 

Besides this I could know a bit more about this great Canadian man. Jason Burgoin presents himself as a filantropist, collector and art lover, dedicated to his motherland as an Officer in the Military and volunteer. To culture as an academician and to heraldry as an active member of diverse heraldic societies, noble institutions or brotherhoods, even public ones making lectures, conferences, investigations that sure will be useful for the future of heraldry and those who research for it.
